Instructions for Accessing Virtual Rooms
- Locate the room and time that apply to you in the program.
- Join the Microsoft Teams session using the link corresponding to the room of your choice:
- If you are in the waiting room, please wait for the organizer to grant you access.
- During the session, keep your microphone muted and unmute it when you are given the floor.
- Speakers are encouraged to log in 15 minutes before the start of the sessions to check their audio and connection.
